    I lost count of how many times I had to shovel out this winter. They say winters this bad happens only 10 years or more apart. I won’t be alive when we get another one like this. I guess that’s a good thing.

    Saw 2 different weather news reports over the course of this winter, where the anchorman/woman got NAILED by those snow plows. I mean THEY GOT HAMMERED! Gotta give them credit though, they both got back up and kept on doing their report like nothing happened. Very professional I thought!

    While it’s not as if I’ve never dealt with a lot of snow before (though it varies considerably from year to year), never have I seen so many snow days crammed so close together as they were this past February — six times in two weeks. And then a seventh shortly after that two-week period. It seemed as if you barely got to draw a breath after finishing one shoveling job when yet another downfall came, and do it all over again… and again… and again…
