Didn’t somebody ask yesterday how Pauly, (I believe he was referred to as “The cat”), stays on Eddies shoulder?

And, like most cats, Pauly is a lot quicker than you’d think….

Eddie’s Anoesis is a homemade Amphibicar. Its ideal for lobstering or just running to ’Wol-Maht for that item you need now.

Wiley, I don’t know where you know your Mainer men from, but you’ve pegged ‘em. My husband is a rock-hard Mainer from a long line of rock-hard Mainers, and they all CAN TALK YOUR EAR OFF. And the tireder they get the worse the Maine humor gets (can’t get theah from heah.) Love ’em all. Thanks for sharing them with the world!

Or the unfortunate cart pusher, who’s probably sore that the store wouldn’t spring for the optional snow tires on the electric pusher machines.

Did anyone notice that Petey has his back turned on the conversation in today’s and yesterday’s strips? Normally he faces forward.

Whilst hearing one of Captain Eddie’s stories, one must be prepared for the unexplainable happenings or nuances, that may , or may not be alcohol induced memories of what may or may not have happened…..either way buckle in ,because it’s going to be a wild , fun ride.

Somethin’ that told Cap’n Eddie not to go in being his cat. So it’s nice to see that the Captain pays attention to someone!

Dogday, I like the word Mainer…..I wish people from Michigan were called Michiganers…….Who needs the extra letters? Michiganders….I ain’t a goose! Michiganian? Not everybody gains in Michigan….Seriously the east side of the state is really messed up….Anyway, please, just ad “er”, that’s all that’s needed…I’m a Michiganer, I don’t care how you pronounce it….MichiGANer is one way. However, I prefer the more rustic sounding Michigan-er

Pauly sure do move fast. … yup. Let the human go first…...And of course Capt’n Eddie would put wheels on his boat to get around town. – after all – he doesn’t have a truck, and he sure ain’t gonna walk!
