Phoebe and Her Unicorn by Dana Simpson for March 28, 2014
Transcript:
Marigold: Once, a unicorn names Fancy Sparkleface created a jingle for Sunflower Horn Polish so catchy, it became lodged in every unicorn's head. No unicorn was able to get anything accomplished! We were forced to flight back using magic, and as-blocking spells were born. Phoebe: I've never actually seen you "accomplish" anything, Marigold: Being me is a significant accomplishment.

Gotta keep in mind unicorn standards, after all. if it doesn’t involve themselves, they aren’t interested.

One of the ads popping up for me these days is for the 50th anniversary of “It’s a Small World”. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Fancy Sparkleface must have written the Dollar Tree jingle that’s on now. We have a TV at work, and so I had to put an ocean wave sound effect on my iPod so I can cover up outside noises and still be able to read without the distraction of voice or music. When I get in the break room, I can’t get that thing on fast enough.
