By way of explanation he was shown saying “I have the brain of a small child.”.I wanted to ask him “is it in storage, Nick, or are you keeping it on your mantelpiece?”
As someone who has been involved with oral history projects, I find it sad that some people just don’t want to pass things on and also that some find it difficult to listen..I think that if we’ve got something to say we should either write it down or make a recording to give to our descendants. History is more interesting if it has a personal connection.
