This is a good time to remind people that this coming Saturday is Free Comic Book Day. It is a nationwide thing where you can walk into many comic book stores and they wlll have a selection of comic books they’re giving away.
No, Rita, you’ll be limited in the number of comic books you can have, and it doesn’t mean ALL the comic books in the store are free so you can walk away with the $450 “Captain Marvel” comic book.
@ Scott: Just for fun, I went back to 2008 to see when you started. I worked my way through the first of each month till I found yours on July 1, then went back to June 1 and went through till I found your first one on June 16, my husband’s birthday. Kind of got a kick out of that. Okay, we lead boring lives, what can I say. It was a fun few minutes and I know that knowing this has brightened your day…ZZZZZzzzzzz

C’mon, it’s a special event, splurge on a new one that actually FITS!
(And if you’re SHAPED like ‘The Blob,’ DRESS like ‘The Blob’! ‘Nailing’ a lesser character is WAY classier than ‘Missing’ an important one.)
