I’ve got a trunk full of them and keep forgetting to bring them in. they just need to quit giving you bags or charge for the plastic ones and then i would remember.

The feds evidently don’t have access to washing machines or fresh air and sunshine. My re-usable bags (plastic & fabric) get run through the washer and then hung outside to dry. I hate trying to carry the milk, eggs, potatoes, bread, ice cream, and t-paper out w/o a bag – so embarrassing to have to run back and forth picking up everything.

And why couldn’t she use one of the reusable shopping carts? I see several at the entrance to the store.

All this fuss about these plastic bags! I use mine for kitty litter pick-ups, dog poop pick-up, garbage, and yes they are recyclable. Our grocery stores have bins out in front of the store to put them in.

And quite obviously, paper bags are also reusable.
