Well, their interest in Sarah could come down to something as simple as there being no female lizards among them…

it’s also possible that the reason we’ve only seen lizards is that they’re better equipped to survive in the great waste

If there enough lizards to populate an entire colony, then maybe it means there’s way to make more lizards. While cross-species reproduction may not yet be a reality, there’s nothing to say the you can’t reproduce within the same species.

Sad News OTI just found out that our irascible “Dirty Old Lady” (Lynda Neil)passed away April 1 after being hospitalized for 2 heart attacks and pneumonia. I hope to not be speaking for myself in that I will miss her wry comments (sometimes right on target, often hilariously NOT) and her racy statements. Life is too short, friends, Cherish every relationship, whether it is “electronic” or not. Please help spread the word on other forums she may have commented on.Thanks, all.

We may not know if mutants can reproduce, but apparently some (chicktants?) produce eggs with shells ( as used in that cake). Lizards lay eggs, too.
