    !) Quit the game. Back completely out to your Welcome page. Then start the game again. 2) Re-start computer.3) Shut computer off. Wait. Push the ON button.4) Shut computer off. Unplugged computer. Wait. Plug in. Wait until it finishes it thing. Turn on computer.5) Call your techie guy...At work – my co-worker & I have IT on speed dial for our “special” computer. All other problems – we fill in the ticket and wait for someone, somewhere in Canada to call and take over our regular computer and “make it right”.(Special computer needs the IT guy on the 3rd flr of our office building. )
