Restaurants, the worst business to mistreat and have ticked off employees, they’ll make your customers sick and you get sued out of business. I’ve seen some terrible kitchens I’ve worked in and employees who break all kinds of regulations but the state only inspects like every 2 or 3 years and even then they make an appointment.
