You know, if they got up to fetch the remote, they could change the channel while they’re there.

Sure! I could use some help in neutralizing my house (I’ve seen enough of those old “Sell this House” to know that much of my décor should be eliminated to get top dollar for my house.

The realtor who contacted me while I was researching on Zillow estimated considerably more than I expected for mine (and homes have been very volatile since I purchased in 98) but now that I plan to move to Sun City and downsize just a bit, I can negotiate for just about whatever I want. I’m looking forward to joining clubs that correspond to all my hobbies with my guy while still remaining independent in my own home (and save a lot of driving for both of us). I have over 1/2 dozen lined up that I’ll check to see what details grab me.

I know the feeling of not wanting to get up to get something but they are young – shouldn’t be that difficult.

Apparently bev’s house must look like this to any 4 legged critter close to the floor.

I’d be lying if I didn’t admit to having tried that.
