Just six months….Just six months….

It’ll be 78 here today. Lovely until the end of June, then hot, hot, hot.

In June and July it warms up. In August it gets hot

I’ll take winter over Summer any day.

Me to. Today was 32C and it is still only Spring. Bring back Winter.

When I’m outside, I can defend myself comfortably from the cold, I cannot defend myself at all from the heat…..

Why do A & J walk with their hands in a fist? They seem very tense or angry.

I live in FL and I am uncomfortable from being too cold more than from being too hot. We have air conditioning and pools. I’d rather wear shorts and sandals than be bundled up in heavy clothing.

I’m not a fan of summer, but I like food, and without summer, there is no food. Okay, Inuits eat seal blubber, but I’d rather have peaches and tomatoes.

I’d sure like to buy a pair of bookends like in the header panel…..

The winter that just wouldn’t die….finally did.

Spring has sprung; Fall has fellSummer is here And it’s warm outside.

Southerners are little distressed by the idea of “global warming” – we prefer warmer to colder.

We need clothes which actively maintain pleasant temperatures for our bodies rather than heat and cool entire buildings.

I’m not sure 122˚ F is considered tropical. That sort of environment is called a desert, Sahara, Sonoran are two that come to mind. There’s one in Chile but I can’t remember the name.

dzw3030: I can, just can’t spell it. Remember, Antarctica is also a desert.

That’s not a complaint; that’s an observation. Now, if Arlo had said, “I’d like to fool with my baby tonight…but it’s too darn hot,” that would be a complaint. (H/T Cole Porter)

You can always put more clothes on…..but you can only get but so naked!!!

I think I’d be happier if it just went between Spring and Fall all the time. :-P
