Adam@Home by Rob Harrell for July 06, 2014
Transcript:
Adam: Hey! How was work? Laura: It was good. How was yours? Adam: Pretty good. Except... Laura: Except what? Adam: Oh, it's nothing. Laura: Adam, what's bugging you? Adam: It's just... The new guy. He can be kind of difficult. He's just stubborn. Set in his ways. Heaven forbid we try something my way. Then he acts like a big baby. Laura: When you say "the new guy," you mean Nick, right? Adam; Isn't he due for a performance review?

That’s news. The only character backgrounds I’ve seen are on Wikipedia and it says Nick is Adam’s and Laura’s son.

We need to have a little talk with Mr. Harrell. Inquiring minds need to know. And, of course, Adam is surprised that a baby acts like a baby. Really Adam!!

Yes. Inquiring minds want to know. Adopted?.and Adam is just blaming Nick for his own lack of focus and work production.

according to the law, a baby’s father is the man who is married to the mother, regardless of DNA

I can assure everyone that Adam is Nick’s biological son — at least that’s how he started out nearly 27 years ago when I had Laura give birth to him. —Brian Basset
