At least Opal’s issues not like I went through. I loaded a necessary software and operating system had to do repairs.My own mom knows nothing of computers.

Those of us that are computer challenged this is a problem, the great thing is that at least she is using the computer.

Opal, substitute “webpages” for windows. Check your taskbar to see which webpages you don’t care to keep open.
