Trekkers, gotta love ’em.

Scotty is an engineer and wouldn’t be running the transporters.

Kirk would NEVER abandon Spock like that.

“Trekkers” was the name that aficionados called themselves and “Trekkies” is the term used by everbody else. Serious “Trekkers” took the term “Trekkies” as an insult. I don’t think it matters as much anymore.

Scotty manned the transporter many many times in the series. And the trekker/trekkie debate has been going on for years. I don’t care which one they call me.

I’ve never even heard of the term “Trekker” before, and I’ve been a die-hard fan for most of my life. For me, it was always “Trekkie.” Like it really make a difference anyway, both terms just mean you’re a fan of the show in the end.
That said, the inner Trekkie in me is squealing in joy at this comic.

Quiet, do you smell something?

Okay, fine, maybe trekker is also valid (despite the fact that Rodenberry said Trekkie is right), but based on everything you guys have said, I just have this to say.
Looking at this comic and past comics, do you really think Jason isn’t a Trekkie? Based on your own arguments, he is.

I just hope Quincy isn’t running around outdoors wearing a Spock wig.

Jason needs some professional help since his imagination is currently WAY out of control.

No, he wouldn’t be acting out if Paige wasn’t there to be annoyed.

I like Star Trek shows and movies – some more than others – but Roddenberry was an “a$$”. Just ask most true Sci-Fi writers of the era. Plus, Majel Roddenberry – remember nurse Chappel and Counsellor Troy’s mother – lucked out in marrying Gene Roddenberry; won’t say how ….

It’s “Beam us up, Mr. Scott,” not “beam me (us) up, Scotty.”
