Present theory credits the Higgs boson as having a role in this creation of mass from energy.Personally, I credit dark forces beyond our comprehension that create and maintain our limited spectral universe and the physical laws by which it functions.
It takes a bit of effort, but with enough perspective, you can’t tell the people from the background and the world is stunningly beautiful. It’s mostly empty, but beautiful still.
