All right, I get it! Cassie hates her dad and wants to get back at him the only way any teenage girl who didn’t run away to Vegas or the San Fernando Valley knows how. It still doesn’t excuse the abomination that is panel 3. Good lord!

Poor Steve. In P2, the stress of everyday life is making his face breakout. Cassie’s boyish good looks make Steve-O’s day in P3.

You think this will end badly, but then you remember this is Milford. Steve WILL get fired by Dr. Pearl. But then they’ll both see the light and go to college.

P3 - Cassie morphs into Opie Taylor.

And why is she wearing her game uniform for practice? And actually not even an organized practice.

And how did she suddenly go from standing in front of him to coming up behind him between P2 and P3? Does she have the speed of The Ghost?

Panel 1 looks like Cassie is showing Steve the “Goods”. I agree with jimmie, Steve will get fired go back to school and at Cassie’s tenth reunion they will show up married with a couple toeheads

I think you’re on to something there jterran. Not only does she have the speed of the Ghost, but she’s also adopted his trademark Boston Blackie pencil thin mustache in P3.

Steve’s tired of Gil?! No one, except Marty, is allowed to be tired of Gil.

I stand corrected on towhead. I was a jock didn’t say I was on the Honor Society. LOL

I’m not so sure that Cassie got behind Steve. I think that Steve turned his back to Cassie so she wouldn’t see that he was sprouting some wood.
