Not in our neighborhood. It’s in Northern VA too, and the neighborhood is full of pluggers. Some people were overcrowding their the houses with renters who filled their front lawns with cars. Now we have a county ordinance requiring cars to be parked on pavement (street or driveways)And, it limits the percentage of front yard space allowed for driveways.Effective and it beats having to pay HOA dues.
I remember when big sacks of fertilizer, pellets made of some petroleum by-products) were SOLD at gas stations! They were stacked lat the end of a row of pumps! It was good stuff, too. That doesn’t happen anymore. Something about Homeland Security.
No, that’s what a flattened cardboard box is for. Plus, when it gets saturated, it works great for starting a fire..Ok, I know I will be criticized for this comment…
I have a large piece of cardboard I use when i go places where I know the people. Otherwise, I park over surplus roofing material. it absorbs the oil just fine.

The oil came from the ground anyway, right? Full circle makes sense.

NO…a Plugger would merely put a drain pan under the vehicle, so as not to harm the grass, or pollute the soil!!!

The pine straw on the driveway prevents the power steering fluid from staining it.

My city will have the car towed, fine the car owner and send the property owner a hazmat cleanup bill of several thousand dollars.

Pluggers FIX their oil leaks because their cars are REALLY important.

Surprising, NOT

Oil dry works good until you fix the leak. Then you can use it in the litter box.
