Where’s Nelson’s dessert?

My paternal grandfather lived to be 78 (in 1982). My maternal grandfather lived to be 96 (in 2007). My stepmother’s father lived to be 80 (in 2009).

Quite right, “Life is uncertain, have dessert first!”

I know of a friend who eats breakfast at night just in case they die in their sleep. However she also believes she can’t be overdrawn at the bank because she still has cheques left.

I never thought that I’d ever be so old as to understand this one perfectly…

I always preferred eating my favorite things last, getting rid of the garbage I don’t like, so yeah, if I were to have a desert I would also eat it first.

Mom used to try to keep us from snacking before dinner. “You’ll spoil your dinner” she would say.“I’d feel a heck of a lot worse if dinner spoiled my dessert.” I usually replied.

And don’t buy green bananas.

Yesterday was Fresh Spinach Day, and I am looking for some connection, but can’t find one. Oh well.

No wrong time to eat bacon!

I had cherry pie yesterday. LIFE IS GOOD
