My dogs go to a fun place to play in day care once a week, and they get groomed and boarded there too. If I need to call the place on the phone, I just say “this is Callie and Zoe’s mom.” My name would not be known by most of the employees, but they all know who Callie & Zoe are! :-)
(I understand that, it’s the dogs that they spend all day with; interactions with me are brief)
