We would wrap our cat in a towel so he couldn’t scratch us. Then, while one person held him in the towel, the other person would get the pills/drops in his mouth.

I preferred being the towel person!

For a while after we got him, we had to put ointment in our kitten’s eyes. That was EXTREMELY not fun, for any of us. Thank goodness that’s long over! We frequently remind him, when we have to do something unpleasant, “Hey, at least it’s not ointment in your eye.” It doesn’t help him much…

I have enough trouble with the monthly anti-flea application. I had one cat who would streak away after the treatment and treat me as a “neck murderer” for a couple of hours. He always got over it but he would always be surprised when the time came around for another treatment.

Just had to trim one of our girls’ claws. Is it possible to negotiate a loan at the Blood Bank?
