You’ve forgotten having the right name. A short American sounding name will get you the job sooner than a long, complicated or typically foreign sounding name. So someone named “Bob”, “John” or “Matthew” has a much better chance than someone named “Achmed”, “Mohammed” or “Alejandro”. At least this is true in my country…
