I quite often make a salad and omit the lettuce. Just a big pile of tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, zucchini, carrots, red cabbage, avocado, hard boiled egg, a little shredded cheese and Ranch dressing. Yum!

Sounds like a pasta salad instead of a garden salad

You don’t need lettuce to make a salad.

If it’s green, it’s trouble. If it’s fried, take double.

“Kinda green” noodles don’t sound very apetizing. Other than that, it sounds great, except for the black olives and garbanzo beans.

Hum, is Ruthie too little to dish up from garden salad? Most want parents with children certain age. Yet Ruthie fixed salad way she likes.
