“St’s alright?” " St’s alright!" Don’t remember if the puppet in the box had a name.

Was that the cute little face with the pouty lips? Or am I thinking of a different show?

When I was a kid in the 80s, I used to watch a whole lot of reruns of a whole lot of 50s, 60s and 70s shows, but I never saw any reruns of the Ed Sullivan Show!

If you haven’t seen the original “The In-Laws” with Peter Falk and Alan Arkin, do yourself a favor and look it up. Sr. Wences makes a cameo appearance toward the end. One of the great, if somewhat lesser known, comedies of all time with Falk especially funny as the guy who may or may not work for the CIA…

My thinking that Grandpa had a senior moment of not remembering, I have those issues. Not around rather TV show for actor or human, I will forget when last seen them.

Very funny today!! As one who is usually lost when it comes to current/recent popular culture references, I appreciate the old ones. (I also like the thought of younger folks experiencing that fleeting lost sensation, I’ll admit….I have fun “losing” students all the time).
