They had a story on EtiquetteHell from a girl who attended boarding school. There was a girl who wasn’t really liked. She wasn’t hated she was just viewed as a hanger-on. So she invited the entire class (50 girls) to spend a week during summer break at her house for her birthday. Well, nobody was going to spend a week of their summer hanging out in a strange town with a family they didn’t know. Unfortunately, the posters mother found out and forced her to go because it would be so awful for the poor girl if nobody came. Poster claims some parents just like to romanticize “the girl nobody liked.” Who sends their kid to a strange town to stay a week with people they don’t know? Poster said the parents were working all the time, they didn’t have any activities planned, there wasn’t even a movie theater in town. So she’s stuck with this girl she doesn’t like with nothing to do but watch TV for a week. The girl showed up at her workplace years later looking for a place to stay and claiming poster owed her because her family “Took you in for a week.” Nope, not gonna happen.
Back in the day, I went to a birthday party for a classmate who was only a passing acquaintance. None of the other kids showed up! He showed me off to all of his relatives as his best bud. Wow! We both had a great time!

Just wrap up one of your ’Good Art" drawings and put it in a nicely wrapped box.
