    Many years ago when our eldest daughter was still at school, the teacher asked the class “how many times have you eaten fast food in the last week?” She was the only one who said she hadn’t. It wasn’t that we deprived her of anything, it was just that our whole family ate healthily. Fast forward to the present, she still eats healthily and is a bit of a gym junkie. Moral of the story is that you are what you eat.

    Up here in Canada there was a show about jobs in the oil patch. The recruiter said that out of 100 young people 95 would not be physically fit enough (usually due to video games), then out of the remaining 5, 2 or 3 would not pass the drug testing.
