    When spoken, ‘CU L8R’ and ‘see you later’ sound identical. The teacher would have no trouble understanding that part. This comic needs to brush up on its slang.

    This is a good example of a joke that works (but just barely) only in print. If you enunciate “CU L8TR,” it’s perfectly clear.

    Shows the sad deterioration of English among the D-generation: Not “me and my BFFs say,” but “my BFFs and I say.” Three more by-products of i-Zombieism are (1) a permanent neck crick, (2) deterioration of near-vision, and (3) death or injury from failure to note dangerous surroundings. On the upside, fewer Densans and a less polluted gene pool.
