Back to school supplies for teachers Give me the 411 and me and my bff's say cu l8tr to this assignment and just chillax? A foreign language dictionary
When spoken, ‘CU L8R’ and ‘see you later’ sound identical. The teacher would have no trouble understanding that part. This comic needs to brush up on its slang.
Shows the sad deterioration of English among the D-generation: Not “me and my BFFs say,” but “my BFFs and I say.” Three more by-products of i-Zombieism are (1) a permanent neck crick, (2) deterioration of near-vision, and (3) death or injury from failure to note dangerous surroundings. On the upside, fewer Densans and a less polluted gene pool.

This is a good example of a joke that works (but just barely) only in print. If you enunciate “CU L8TR,” it’s perfectly clear.

Most of that was outdated five years ago.
