You never heard the term…“Check, Please..” that term alone has been used in comedy.Spaceballs…..after the little alien does its dance….Barf and Lone Star say it right after the alien does it dance. “Check, please…”

Oh I know how you feel.Like understand the King’s English vs. American Slang (so to say).If you never seen Spaceballs it is worth the effort. It is quite hilarious. To the dancing Alien go back to the original movie “Alien”. John Hurt is implanted with the alien who burst from his chest. He is in the Spaceballs movie and remarks “Oh No not again” The alien dancing is just Mel Brooks being himself showing a funny alien rather than a dangerous one. Actually goes back to the Dancing Frog in an old cartoon who would only sing for his owner then suddenly stop when he tried to show anyone. But I too understand you. I love to watch British comedies and believe me many times they say things I have to scratch my head about. It took me sometime to catch on.I like the use of flummoxed. Don’t hear that one much in America.Have a good day tater.
