Hey, remember that Call of Duty video game you played last Saturday? What? I don't know. Sorta. Cool. Hey, what about that Saturday we went to the park? The great mosquito attack picnic and football fingerjam? Yep! You get my point? Dad, if I can't remember my own game sessions, how am I gonna remember your crazy-talk?

What happened to spending time with the girl. Is she done molding him already?

No Larry, he didn’t get your point. But it wasn’t a good one, anyway. Why should Toby need to remember a game session? Games are time wasters. That said, I’m sure all gamers do remember some awesome unexpected things that happened in certain games. Two of my favorites happened in “Max Payne 2”, when I was in “Shoot-Dodge” mode. I tossed a grenade into a room just as the door was closing. Then I went into Shoot-Dodge and opened the door. A bad guy came spiraling out in slow-mo. In the other, I knew a guy was waiting around a corner, so I went into Shoot-Dodge and dived forward, turning toward where he was. But instead of seeing him standing there, he was diving in the other direction, so we were looking at each other horizontally!

He doesn´t remember, because he doesn´t care. If he cared he would also think about the quality of games he played – and not just what “the others” play.

Am I the only one that read panel 2? the one where Toby remembers being outside, in the park with dad. And that he remembers having fun?
