I'm getting older. Odd. How that happens. I don't want to get any flabbier any faster than I have to. Ok... There is a boot camp workout in the park, right? Where are you going with this? You don't have to do the work out with me. I'm behind you 100%

That’s the way it starts. Then as she gets fit and healthy, your grotesque body starts to become more unappealing. Your 3 times a week habit of ice cream sundaes begins to annoy her. Before you know it, you’re doing squat thrusts and shuttle runs just as the sun is rising, contemplating if you can afford child support payments or if you can dig a hole in the crawl space without attracting the attention of the neighbors.

If you go do not stare at the women wearing tighter clothes; or the ones with less coverage. Better yet support her from a distance that she can see you but you can not see the other women.

My wife and I both do the workout that I used for inspiration for this story arc. I’m not quite 50 yet, and it’s both blessing and curse. I can appreciate the little bit of muscle that I get, and I can appreciate how much worse off I’d be without the workout. On the other hand, I now know which is my ‘good hip’ and which is my ‘bad hip’.

How old are Sarah & Larry exactly? I’m guessing 40’s.

I read “you don’t have to do the workout with me” as I assume you are going to do the workout with me because you know what this leads to if you don’t.

Larry you are welcome to come watch. Anytime. (read "you come, you join in. No is not an answer.)My tai chi classes might not sound like exercise – but the 1st hour is very external and energetic.. The 2nd hour is a mix of external & internal – this Fall is partner fighting and the 3rd hour is internal – but that can still be tiring. Especially if you have already done the 1st 2 hours.I may be short & fat but I get to learn how to use deer hooks, swords, partner work, and staffs.
