I should be old enough to know what vintage flares are but someone help me out. What are they?

They’re 70’s flared trousers and jeans. Buffalo Exchange apparently is a second-hand clothes chain store (bizarre idea) that may or may not have a good stock of them.
Tip is falling for the one person who may be crazier than him. I wonder how Dr Lee will get along with Dr. Jones
We senior citizens called them bell bottoms.
