The Trouble with Twitter: Too many twits…

What I want to know is this. Is Pauly on that boat? I know it’s a little ahead of his time, but if it’s a Captain Eddie story, that shouldn’t make any difference…Anybody seen Bob? He owes me a slice of lime….

Lobsters come in on lobster boats, and shrimp come in on shrimp boats….But what do crabs come in on? The Captain’s dingy….

That is the beauty of Twitter, taking the dead whales off the beach. In the days of FIDO-net, there were twit lists, where you would be able to filter out text from specific persons. Now, you don’t have to even do that. You have to opt in to get their messages in the first place. Progress!

The bible according to science is a completely different bit of fiction.

In the beginning, someone picked up a pen and wrote the first thing that came to mind.

Hey! Is that a Big Bertha driver Moses is waving? Looks like he hit into a water hazard with a Bubba Watson wallop to create such a splash.

Bruno, the new speculation is that there was a breach in the edge of the Mediterranean Sea which dumped a lot of water into the Black Sea, raising the level by 600 ft. There are pebble “beaches” that show that at one time the sea was 600 ft. lower than it is today…In the north, the land is rather flat and it would have caused a terrible flooding of the land. And it could have happened very quickly if it just suddenly burst like broken dam. That would cause a lot of stories back then….The black sea has two kinds of water. The top 600 feet is much different than what would have been the original sea….
