I am often disappointed with myself.

And it’s such a lonely task.

Monte was on such a high, and then that thing happened.

OH!!I thought maybe the hydraulics in his chair were broken, and he had to wait for the night crew from Ballard Street Fine Jewelry and Office Furniture Repair,before he could … you know… let himself down…and go home.

I was about to remind him never to buy another chair from Shady Sam’s Seedy Seating and Tires …no matter HOW big the discount.

X ,,, glad to see Vlad is his old cheerful self these days, in spite of his unemployment..

Did he get a job on Ballard St?

Well, it’s been a slow night…..I’m going home, little monkeys…Be sure to ask the Fireman to help you lift anything that’s too heavy.

I mean it….. Please…..

Anyway…. now that I understand Monty’s situation…..I think I’ll lend him a copy of my book.

I wrote it over a year ago, and I’m very gratified that people still seem to like it.

I hope it’ll help Monty feel better about himself.

And if it doesn’t…well…. there’s always beer.

Like Susan, I figured he just has a problem with the operation of his chair, NOT some deep psychological problems . . .

Monty knows how unreliable Monty is…

And he does seconds later when his thumbs become trapped in the chair lever thingie……..
