Interesting that no-one commented on why Earl was stashing used plastic bags in his drawer – ? early onset something or other?

Why does old bag or old hag have to be female? There are plenty of old bags and old hags of the male variety.

My grandpa is 85. He’s still got some of that hoarder in him he picked up from his parents during the Depression. He’s got half a garage and basement full of rusty nails and screws in baby food jars he will never use again, but refuses to recycle.
