Hate to be negative, but having worked in restaurants, I know. Male customers are often smitten by pretty waitresses who have to act friendly as part of their jobs, and it is misinterpreted by the men as physical attraction. Some unmarried waitresses wear “wedding” rings to ward off such unwanted attention..I saw men attach cute little notes to their bills for the waitresses to see, and when the waitresses got to the kitchen they showed everybody the notes to express amusement or fear. As with secretaries, " a waitress is not a toy/ No, my boy/ not a toy.".Sorry to spoil the inspirational message I know was intended, but the waitresses I worked with put up with a lot of nonsense and inconsideration of the type I described.

It’s hard to know your destiny. You gotta be strong enough for another old saying: “Win some, lose some.” In this case though, how many options does a pink girl have?

I don’t believe in “Destiny”, only in myriad possibilities..I’ve “missed” many a chance, which — if I had taken any of them — would have guaranteed that I would be in a much different situation than the one I’m enjoying right now.
