Lewreader, I see a face on the top of Topak’s spear, on the dude’s garment and on the cave wall right above Topak’s head.
There might be more, but my eyes are too tired. Send me your shrink’s bill, I still have some virtual cash.
Thanks for checking the spelling on ‘Paleolithic’.
You are correct, of course, though I’m concerned that historically, people of the Stone Age probably didn’t worry much about their spelling, so… no, that won’t work.
I’ve sent in the correction and thank you for catching my error and making my embarrassment international. I hope you were duly offended by the error - I’d be offended if you weren’t.
Of course, I am THE birdbrain, so I’ll use that excuse.
And thank you all for reading this stoned cartoon.
Geez, Thom! Here I thought you intentionally had misspelled the word. Now I am offended that I was tricked. I think. Maybe. Well anyhow, I am offended.

Topak is holding a shrunken (stone) head in his right hand. The bear isn’t hungry- he’s angry.
Thom- Good hisorical insights today. Very offensive too.
Grog What age are you from? You speak English!

Only sometimes is the word found as “paleolithic”. Usually it isn’t.

Johanan–How come the “other” spelling doesn’t show up in the dictionary?
yyyguy over 14 years ago
it only shows up in the dicthionary!
Rakkav over 14 years ago
Because the “other spelling” is so rare, I guess. Maybe it’s because it’s, uh, Paleolithic as well. :))
