Indeed, I can’t imagine this crowd reading much more than comic books or cereal boxes! I doubt they even have any bookshelves in any of their houses (Julie has never shown one).

Reading aloud wasn’t the problem, it was the fact that he was reading comic books aloud was keeping her awake. All those “Pows” “Kerblams” and “’Whooses” not to mention his trying to figure out what it all meant (out loud), That was annoying.
I’m back from our vacation, went from 75/80 degrees right into the Polar Vortex. Big wind storm kept us awake last nite and we are going to get ice and snow later today. And then rain (naturally) all the rest of the week. I guess it is a trade off, So Cal is crazy crowded and the traffic is a nightmare!
