I don’t think anyone actually cares. It’s an artificial problem.

I live in a good area. I mindlessly wished a lady a “Merry Christmas” and she smiled and wished me a “Happy Chanukah.” (And, of course, I did the same then.) That is the right way.

True, but then fox would not have their “war on christmas” to boost their ratings.

A Festive Yuletide to all.

Im not religious, but “Merry Christmas” in no way offends me.I am far more offended at others that insist that i can only say Merry Christmas, and that all other greetings are wrong.

I will be fair to one and all; Bah Humbug to all and to all a bah humbug. Now what did I do with that nog.

I hate when people tell me Happy Holidays or something similar. Please don’t take Christ out of my Christmas!

But… they DON’T do this every year. Only on Fox “news”….

The real pains are the sheeple who actually think Jesus could have been born in December. (hints: a – there were Shepherds in the fields, b – the date was set by church politicians trying to usurp traditional winter festivals.)

I’m offended only by people insisting that I view the world as they do. My message to them is KMFHA.

Happy Hanukkah..

I don’t understand what’s so offensive about “Happy Holidays”. Even from a strictly Christian point of view (not mine), there are Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s in this season. In any case, I’m happy to return whatever greeting I’m given without stressing about it.

I’m atheist, “Merry Christmas” doesn’t bother me in the least nor any other holiday greetings as they all reflect the good wishes and cheer of the other person and to cavil at anything beyond that is idiotic.

If pushed, I just smile and wish them joy at the Time of the Unconquered Sun (The real “reason for the season” historically).
