Harvey Richards Lawyer For Children Harvey: Better get a paper route, kid. I'm not cheap. Mouthpiece For The Monkeybars Set A practice in children's law is not all glamour and excitement, as we learn in this episode, it has its seedy side as well. Harvey: Lisa, I'll be in conference with Mikey Munroe. Lisa: Yes, Mr. Richards. Harvey: Hello, Mikey. What seems to be the problem? Mikey: Well, everyone in my class says I farted on the bus, but I DIDN'T! Harvey: False accusation of flatulation. Very serious. Mind if I open a window? Mikey: No... Harvey: NOW, tell me everything that happened. Mikey: I just said I smelled something funny, and everyone said I did it! Harvey: I can't help you, MIKEY! Under the doctrine of "HE WHO SMELT IT, DEALT IT," you are guilty!! Mikey: B-but I thought you could get me off by arguing the alternative doctrine of "HE WHO DENIED IT, SUPPLIED IT..." Harvey: Goddamnit, don't give me that "legal realism" crap! Now get out of here! Little farter. Harvey: Hold all calls! Oh, and Lisa? Lisa: Yes? Harvey: We may need some air freshener for the conference room.

The Strip is great; the comment is on the Gocomics site: so much greed, so much commerce, so much movement, so much chaos.
Life is crazy enough, easiest solution is to bail on Gocomics forever. Maybe Ruben will escape his hideous contract and I’ll catch him elsewhere.
Later . . .oh, correction, not really.

I must have missed that issue – used to be a NL fan from the very beginning up until they became totally commercial and sold their souls. I am enjoying these vintage comics though. Vintage? 1990? Right!
