Recipe for Spinach (or Broccoli) Souffle
2 pkg chopped, frozen spinach cook lightly and drain well
Mix:1 can mushroom soup18 oz jar Hellman’s Mayonnaise2beaten eggs1cup shredded cheddar cheese1large onion minced finally
Add spinach. Bake at 350 in two-quart casserole dish uncovered 45-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted halfway from side of dish.
This is a prize recipe. Fabulous. Try it.

I like spinach, but spinach souffle sounds awful – but maybe with enough cheese.Good luck with the reindeer thing, kids.

Wow, there’s a memory! Breaking open a capsule of coloring to mix with the margarine. That was one of my fav kitchen chores, right next to licking the mixing spoon. :-)

In winter, lichens make up the bulk of their diet, so if Santa shared the Milk and Cookies I would think that would be a welcome change!
