The analogy was too fast to describe Gary.

Old Leopold is so old, while the immortal Gary is exactly the same as he was fifty years earlier, both mentally and physically. There’s probably a heavy lesson in this, somewhere….

If you’re immortal, you don’t have to be fast. You can just outlast them.

You should see the delayed laughter from the jokes he heard years ago.

Leop Old. I like that.

It took a while to untangle the simile.

There’s Leo not going too fast these days—-while Gary is Still The Same.
