The problem is that if I was to start boycotting everything that an entertainer was attached to due to his or her actions that were abhorent to me, I would no doubt just stick to reading books, and even there I have problems with some of the authors I have come across. You really have to try and separate the real person from the fictionalize one you see on a movie or TV screen or you would just go nuts.

Why should everyone else on the show be denied their legacy?

She probably stopped watching David Letterman, too. And O.J. Simpson movies. And Roman Polanski movies. And Pee Wee Herman, Lindsey Lohan, and so on and so forth.

Most idols have feet of clay but that doesn’t mean they aren’t talented.

And let’s not forget that everyone is considered innocent until proven guilty . . . except in the news media, of course.

I think my favorite moment from the show was the family lip-sync rendition of Ray Charles’ “Night Time Is The Right Time”.

Pretty sad when I have to look at the comments just to figure out the joke!

Interesting. Is there room here to start bandying about the term “gold digger”?

Wait, what? So watching a 30 year old TV show means one supports drugging and raping women??

Hey, Lucretia said it. I only connected the dots. Kind of sad that there are those who let emotions rule their common sense.

He makes money from royalties, so yeah. You are supporting it, quite literally, if you support airing the show. Nice try, though.

No entertainer is like their public image. This is why the old phrase never meet your heroes exists.

Humor is humor; Whether Bill makes money off of it is only his due for the pleasure he gave people in the past. If one is looking for great people who usually turn out to be extremely evil, one only needs to look as congress or the past presidents…

at least David Letterman owned up to it at once! I also have all Bills CDs and they are really funny. if there is a trial then we will see, but until then our law is innocent until proven guilty.
