There was actually a DIY TV show called “Garage Mahal.” I think it may have lasted one very short season. I don’t even see it in reruns any more (although every once in a while, I do see a very awkwardly voiced “quick tip” from a contractor who worked on the show, showing you how to lay tile on your garage floor).
