The “P” stands for “Poochie”That is the pooch’s name.

Great tribute. At age 13 I wrote to Sparky asking him how to publish a book. He wrote me a nice letter advising me to subscribe to “Writer’s World”. I still have the letter, but I’m never published a book. A children’s story, but not a book.
