How can someone who does NOT have coeliac disease tell the difference in breads with and without gluten when tasting it?

On the flip side, I can certainly tell the difference when I can get organic bananas.Zack, the bread is like a rock because your mother keeps it waaaayyy past it’s ‘best before’ date.

I tried gluten-free pretzels once. I thought they were going to break my teeth.

Households who unnecessarily forgo gluten need to have the following sign on their doors:

    “Dieses haus ist GLUTENFREI !!!”
