Personally, I think the Sgt. Pepper record is just a bit overrated...
Code red, code red ... Send the reprogramming team to Oregon
The reason why you'll never meet a person who doesn't like The Beatles
I don’t need reprogramming – I’ve always know the Beatles were the best – watch any party when they put the Beatles on …. even kids whose parents weren’t born …
I’m beginning to think these two don’t like the Beatles. A couple weeks ago they took on John Lennon (completely politically incorrect) and now the Beatles (even more egregious). I think the Beatles are the best thing since sliced bread, but points for bucking the system.
My stepson’s brother-in-law not only doesn’t like the Beatles, he hates them like Mikey Weinstein hates the words “Under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance. And in both cases, they don’t know what they’re missing.
I hate the Beatles. As far as I’m concerned they exist merely as evidence that kids of the 60’s were desperate to listen to anything that wasn’t what their parents were listening to.
Strangely enough, I do like a few Paul McArtney songs, mainly due to nostalgia – my mother used to listen to him on her spaceship-shaped record player when I was a kid
I LOVE The Beatles. But he’s right, Sgt. Pepper is overrated. It has some great songs, but Magical Mystery Tour is as good, if not better (I think it’s better). Not to mention Abbey Road, The White Album, Rubber Soul and Revolver.

I’m not a fan, but I can’t say I hate the songs either. What does that make me?

IMHO the Beatles are 3 steps above what passes for popular music today. And about 3 steps below Beethoven.

I was starting to think it was just me. Now if someone would admit that U2 has sucked since the 90’s we’d be making progress.

I was more of a Stones person, but the Beatles did improve in the Maharishi years.

I’ve never been a Beatles fan and I get raked over the coals every time I mention it.

I’m a fan of the Beatles too! I actually have a copy of the Sargent Pepper album!
