One week ago Dear NASA, Do new spacecraft have that new car-like smell to them? Sincerely, Red Dear Red, Oh yes very much. Especially when bringing along a brand spanking new moon buggy to the lunar surface.
So a few days ago we were at 1969. Now suddenly we’re at 1971/72? Took that long from Apollo 11 to Apollo 15 and the first manned lunar rover (a/k/a “lunar roving vehicle,” or LRV).

The real reason for the Moon buggy was to look cool and pick up the lunar ladies. ;)
