At the library system where I ,work, most of our branches have Wi-Fi (our goal is to get all the branches in the next few years). We don’t have a coffee bar, but some branches allow you to bring in your own in a secure container. We also have several thousand e-books you can check out—for free—directly to your device.

Where do you live where libraries have coffee and WiFi? I use Barnes and Noble for that!

Little town (population < 1000) where I lived in Missouri had free WiFi at the library. Very popular, too.
