Movies predate her by more than half a century, even when this strip first came out a decade ago. By the time the GoT strips started coming out, even video games would have been pretty much contemporary to her.
The violence in the Kill Bill movies was so overdone I thought it was a like a comic book and actually laughed at some of it. I’m an old woman and I liked them both.
By the time I was Peter’s age, I knew the difference between Right and Wrong or Good and Evil, at least when viewed by my Parents Standards. I also knew not to use Enlightened Teenage Logic for any discussion Vs Their Parental Unenlightened Logic. In Other words I knew when to Keep My Mouth Shut. Of course, this was a Learned Knowledge factor, apparently Peter is a Little Slower than I was, not by much though.
Oh PLZ. This is so dumb. What is he, 5? I can understand if the film has sex but R for violence for a young teen is so not a big deal. My dad took me to see Robocop opening weekend in 87’ when I was 10 and I had a blast!
Well, I did watch KB Volume 2 yesterday afternoon just as I suggested. Violent… yes; but certainly no more so than many films, especially those from Quentin Tarantino! Ironic because I watched Lucy Liu on “Elementary” later on CBS….Why is it I feel like buying a high quality sword now?

Stop opening your mouth with more horrifying truth, Peter, or your mother’s gonna ground you until you have grandchildren!

He’ll never reach 17 in this strip. Better migrate over to “For Better or for Worse”

Seriously?? It’s a comic! I’m pretty sure Bill was going for funny not true to life.

U guys realize this strip is from 2004 not 2015 right
I don’t think most people that read this page, know the difference anymore.
