Calcium carbonate is good for the bones, and methylcellulose is a water-binding food additive also used as a treatment for constipation.

When you’re famous, people will pay big money for your book “Heart’s health secrets: how to supplement your diet with all-natural minerals and keep a well-hydrated digestive tract”.

Paste? I loved it. I ought to look up that recipe.

“Paste, yes. Boogers. no.” My Three and a half Sons. Has a certain Sheen to it.

The problem is that the purple from the chalk tends to stain your teeth and give you away. How do I know? don’t ask.

What if…I mean WHAT IF…we combined chalk and paste into one amazing taste sensation? It’d be bigger than crayons!

There’s nothing wrong with kids eating white glue; it’s made out of milk.

Even art supplies for children can contain pigments, binders, etc. It can be certified as not toxic, and still be a lousy idea to eat it. And if the art supplies are imported from countries with poor quality control, God alone knows what might be in them.

Kids will eat anything, but treating it as a lark is a seriously bad idea.

Heart may have tasted but she didn’t inhale…

shytimes, “swallow” would have been too crude a thing to say regarding Heart.
