My father-in-law would restore that beauty. Would take about 4 to 5 times as much money as it originally cost, but it would be showroom perfect when done.
That truck is definitely not worth $3800, not in the condition it’s in. If it were mint, then yes, but not like the one in the panel.

Drop in a fresh motor, add some tires and rims, upgrade the suspension and brakes and leave the rust (rest) alone.
But, “Beauty” was a horse…
Ain’t just cars that fall under this. Houses also can fall under this description as well.
